Thank you for visiting our online store on the website nevenka.com.au (hereafter the ”Site”) published by nevenka international pty ltd (hereafter ”nevenka”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions before placing an order in our online store. By ticking the box next to the Terms and Conditions on our Site you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by nevenka at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
Orders & Availability
nevenka has set up an online store on the Site and customers may place their orders through it. An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. nevenka does not guarantee that all items included in the nevenka online store are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, nevenka will contact you shortly by email.
Inaccuracies on the website
nevenka cannot guarantee that the content of the Site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times, nor can we guarantee that all the information is up-to-date. Although nevenka strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the Site and its online store, errors may occur. nevenka may at any time amend the content of the Site and reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email and give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will automatically be cancelled.
All design and intellectual property featured is copyright on this website and belong to nevenka international pty ltd, except otherwise is stated in specific areas witching this website.
In the online store prices are displayed for each item. If you are in Australia, the prices include Australian GST of 10%. We offer complimentary shipping worldwide so no shipping costs will be added at the check out.
Orders to countries outside the Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. nevenka ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside Australia and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
nevenka insures each package during its time in transit and until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a signature by such third party is sufficient evidence of delivery and fulfillment by nevenka.
Exchanges & Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.
- please make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. Items cannot be worn, washed or altered.
- please note that pre-ordered garments cannot be returned and refunded.

Your return package will be accepted within 7 working days from the delivery date in our office.
Returns which do not respect the conditions above will be refused and returned to the shipper.
After we receive your returned garments and confirm that all our requirements have been met, we will immediately request your refund and send you a confirmation e-mail.
Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing:
- credit or debit card: refund times will depend on the Card company’s policies. We assure you that the currency date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees
- payment with PayPal: The refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive your confirmation e-mail.
If you receive a faulty item or the item does not live up to our quality standards, please contact us at: email@example.com for further consultation. nevenka is responsible for all shipping charges involving claims and incorrect deliveries. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. You must return the item you consider faulty to us within a 14-day period following delivery. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.
